Housekeeping services could use more attention to detail!!! The air conditioning system is overly complicated and doesn't allow for comfortable ventilation!!! Limited dining options make planning meals inconvenient!!!

The location was superb, right next to the train platforms, making it convenient for travel. The room was very comfortable with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a restful stay. On the downside, the restaurant was closed unexpectedly, forcing us to seek food elsewhere in the rain, which disappointed my children. Additionally, the television in the room was not functioning, adding to our frustrations. It was disheartening to receive just a minimal offer for compensation after such issues.

We had a fantastic time staying here with our kids and dog. The hotel is conveniently located near the station. Restaurants and shops. We loved the thoughtful pet amenity kit and enjoyed delicious meals at the inviting on-site restaurant—definitely recommend the food!
